The “Sts. Clement and Naum” monument was unveiled in June 2012 on the “Philip the Second” square on the left bank of the Vardar quay.
The two great Slavic saints, each five metres tall, stand on a marble postament that is 3.5 metres in height. The postament is encased four bronze reliefs, three of which feature key moments in their livelihoods. As with other monuments placed by the Centar Municipality within the “Skopje 2014” project, the vague contract for the authorship includes the costs of production, rent of space, materials and assistants. The contract amounted to 91,400 euro.
