The official database of buildings, new facades, sculptures, monuments, fountains and other structures which are components of Skopje’s makeover financed by public funds
The renovation of the façade of the building housing the seats of the energy companies EVN and ELEM into the style of “Skopje 2014”, was approved in 2014.
The approval was issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, while the Detailed Urban Plan was adopted by the previous leadership of Centar Municipality when Vladimir Todorovik, from VMRO DPMNE, was the mayor.
Construction is being carried out by the Beton construction company. “Dressing them up in Baroque”, as the media have called this intervention, will cost 4.3 million denars, jointly provided by EVN and ELEM.
